Takeover of asset management for the Creative Campus Monheim.

CTP Asset Management Services GmbH, now under the name SPACT GmbH, is taking over asset management for 26,188 m² of rentable space on behalf of the urban development company Monheim am Rhein mbH and the Creative Campus Monheim GmbH & Co KG.

The two owners have a campus in Monheim am Rhein with office and laboratory space as well as land, which will be developed in the next few years and marketed to companies in biotechnology, medical technology and pharmacy, among others. The current campus is made up of 13 buildings. CTP Asset Management Services GmbH from Cologne has taken over the asset management for the 26,188 m² of rental space.

The discussions about cooperation have been held from the outset in a very pleasant partnership atmosphere, reports Alexander Lickfett FRICS, Managing Director of SPACT GmbH (formerly CTP). This has been a really positive experience. Together, we are looking forward to a good cooperation.
