SPACT Property Management wins two major mandates

SPACT GmbH continues its growth trajectory and is taking on two significant property management mandates. With “Taunus Office” in Oberursel and the former Karstadt headquarters in Essen, the company is expanding its managed real estate portfolio by approximately 106,500 square metres of rental space.

“Taunus Office” in Oberursel, with a rental area of around 14,500 square metres, is a modern office location in the economically strong Rhine-Main region. In addition, SPACT is assuming property management for the former Karstadt headquarters. With approximately 92,000 square metres of rental space, it ranks among the large-scale existing properties in a central location in Essen.

With these two new mandates, SPACT GmbH reaffirms its position as a high-performing partner for complex and large-scale real estate assets. The focus is on sustainable value enhancement, efficient operations, and a forward-looking usage perspective.
