SPACT ist brand-new.

CTP Asset Management Services has been a well-known player on the real estate market for over fourteen years. With SPACT, we are now competing under a new name.

There are good reasons for this.

We have expanded and sharpened our service profile. Our customers demand a systematic offer that includes integrated concepts for asset, property and facility management as well as modular solutions. We are reflecting this demand across our whole width and depth, including in the new company name. SPACT – we derive this directly from our skill in solutions: Solutions for Property and Asset Activities. Our focus is on special assets that, in their composition and nature, require a special commitment. Individual solutions for our customers' requirements? Challenges that others shy away from? We relish that, and we make no secret of it – so if you like, SPACT can also be interpreted as "Special Ambitious".

At the same time, we want to express our company's willingness to offer service and our ability to take action in our brand name. The ACT in SPACT stands for exactly that. Real estate know-how combined with a high level of service – that's SPACT.

The result is a modern and customer-oriented appearance. We think it speaks for itself. With SPACT, we are well-positioned to meet the challenges of the coming years. The special market circumstances and topics such as ESG and digitisation bring additional requirements. This is supported by entrepreneurial thinking and action. And last but not least, our team, which accompanies our clients with experience and know-how. SPACT also covers the right messages for potential employees, and we want to set new standards here too.
